My Review of North Texas Nissan:
Bought a new Sentra in June08. I had the price negotiation over phone. On the day of the delivery, they did not have the color I wanted but they got it from somewhere else. The salesperson Matt Mars was quite friendly and courteous. Overall my experience was pleasant.

My Review of North Texas Nissan:
This dealership has not changed it's deceptive practices since it's very recent new ownership. They still are very dishonest in auto add ons and deceptive advertising. They offered to allow me Kelly Blue Book "Trade In" value for my trade in but then tried to add on $5K to the new auto going way over MSRP. They had me meet with 3 different "managers" and assumed I was stupid, which was a poor judgement. These folks are crooks and their new ownership is supporting these practices.

My Review of North Texas Nissan:
Don't buy here as I did. They snuck in an additional $1100 of fees that were bogus!! It took 8 freakin hours to buy the truck that wasn't even there and had to be delivered. Truck showed up missing all removable components (utilitrack cleats, floor mats, etc..), had 250 miles on it, 1 scratch, 1 ding, and 4 paint chips. Never again and would not recommend them. Obviously they don't care about the quality of new vehicles they sale or customer satisfaction.

I went up there yesturday to try to correct the problem and they fed me the BS about the $1100 of fees are on every vehicle and bla bla.

$399 Tire Exam - Get Real
$399 Blue Steel - Sean in finance told me this was free but North Texas Nissan in Corinth wouldn't take it off when it was pointed out.
$299 Uniseal - a complete bogus charge

My Review of North Texas Nissan:
Purchasing a new vehicle is never any fun (like going to see a lawyer). I was very surprised at how attentively North Texas Nissan was to my needs as well as my concerns. Dwight (salesman) and Chris (manager) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only did I get the exact vehicle I wanted, I got the exact price I wanted. I contacted every Nissan dealership in the metroplex and these guys beat them all.
FYI for your service information, North Texas Nissan provides all their customers with free loaner cars.

My Review of North Texas Nissan:
We went to purchase 05 king ranch with 40,000 miles and only $39,999 and this is in Jan. of 07. They make us buy a power train warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles at $2,548, ford diesels from the factory have a 100,000 mile warranty on the power train. So here comes August Well we find a vehicle and need to drop our GAP & Life coverage warranties so our payoff is lower & we can get financed without much negative equity the Life coverage was $4,100 which was un heard of & the GAP was $857 so of course we went to cancel these which are optional & by Texas State LAW our RIGHT as a consumer to cancel. They refused repeatedly I contacted FOX 4 News, Nissan Corp., Dept. of Licensing & Regulations (investigator), & TXDOT. We head back up there I guess I got a hold of the right people. We find out that they set us up with all those warranties because the truck is only worth $33,000. So now we are waiting on them to fax us our quote on the payoff which they said would be given to us the next day just call well, we did & had to threaten to call the state back & get their license taken away to get the girl motivated. They did worse to my dad, he traded in 3 paid off vehicles an F350 power stroke 95, a 1969 classic ford ranger, & a remodeled 89 blazer, said they'd give him $9,000 for all of them down on a F250 06 with 42,000 miles on it USED, he got home after signing the contract at 10:30 pm at 58 years old tired & no longer alert to realize what was going on they give him the payments he wanted yeah for 86 MONTHS, 7 FREAKIN' YEARS! They upped the price on the truck $8,000 from what they told him. This is a vehicle with no working radio & a DVD player that does not work either & they still haven't fixed it what a waste of money! THEY ARE LIARS & WILL DOOP YOU PLEASE DON"T GET INVOLVED WITH THEM YOU WILL BE SO UPSET THAT YOU DID.ONE SALESMAN GOT HIT WITH A HAMMER & IS STILL IN THE HOSPITAL! YOU WILL BE SO UPSET YOU WILL DO THINGS YOU WOULDN"T IMAGINE THANK GOD WE HAD PATIENCE!

My Review of North Texas Nissan:
DON"T GO THERE. They will waste your time telling you a bunch of lies and then change the deal 3 or 4 days after you have taken the car home! Then, when you go back up there to "finalize" some things, the purchase has turned into a lease. If you figure them out and want your trade in back and the papers voided, it will take your husband coming up there and getting forced to leave the property because they don't want the rest of the customers to hear about the lies. They were other people the were very upset with the dealership while we were in there. I would not reccommend this place to my worst enemy. We went down to Don Davis Nissan and got the same deal the North Texas said was impossible!!!

***BEST CAR BUYING EXPIERIENCE EVER*** I just purchased a new 2007 Nissan Altima and have never had such a joyus expierience. They did everything they could and then some to help me. I understand car shopping is not a lot of fun, but the guys at North Texas Nissan bent over backwards to make this the best expierience it could be.

My Review of North Texas Nissan:
Be careful here. When you settle on a price, they will say $X amount plus TTL plus "fees". When you go see the finance manager, they will swiftly type up your paperwork, and pad the final numbers with 3 worthless warranties that total $1100.00. I was stupid to not do the math because I thought the monthly payment sounded "about right" and didn't examine every line on the contract. When I noticed the next day that my price had jumped $1100 I contacted them and they said that was their required "fees" and if I hadn't agreed to them I wouldn'thave received the "low price". They now refuse to refund one day later and say if I bring back the car it will be a repossession. These people are liars and crooks. Read "Ripoff reports" as well. I am considering starting up a class action lawsuit for deceptive trade practices.
