Roger did a fabulous job in helping us in our quest for a new car. He was very knowledgeable and friendly without being "pushy". We drove 2 1/2 hours to cincinnati to buy our mini van from him. When we went to the dealership we were just looking at trucks in general. We had already gone to a couple of other dealerships. We were actually looking for a used truck because we didn't think we could a trucks in general. We had already gone to a couple of other dealerships. Randy asked us if we would be willing to look at a new truck if he could get the price down to where we could afford it. We agreed to work with him. He asked us if we wanted to drive the truck to see how it handled. We drove it and then we sat down to work out a deal. He didn't get it quite as low as we would have liked it but he was able to get it pretty close. We were very pleased with the way he worked with us. He didn't push us into anything and he really worked hard to get us what we wanted. We liked the way he went around introducing us to all the people who worked on the deal after we decided to purchase the truck. Randy is not only a good sales person but he is also a very good person in general. We really enjoyed working with him. We purchased a Chrysler Town and Country in the past from this dealership. We have used the service department for many years and we know how good they are in servicing our vehicles. We already know we will be getting good service on our new truck.
