I originally came to your dealership wanting to work with Nate Smith...Friend of the family.Nate was with another customer and we were browsing the lot on our own( by choice) We were approached every so oft Nate Smith...Friend of the family.Nate was with another customer and we were browsing the lot on our own( by choice) We were approached every so often by Nate trying to keep us happy, but once we wanted to take a Jeep out for a test drive--we needed someone with us and Dwayne was our man. He answered all of our questions in depth, took my lisence got the keys and we were off. He drove us off the lot and to some back streets where I hoped in the driver seat...Sooo excited. The drive was short but just enough to get my feet wet...LOVE IT !!!!!! when we got back we the paper work was started, still answering questions abt the Jeep, his personal life and family ( I like a man who is not shy about sharing about family.........Oh, and the course he took about dealing with women---LOVE IT!) I really enjoyed his company and what a smile.......He spoke to me and my husband both as equals---even thought I take the upper hand most of the time, I'm the upper 50....When we were getting ready to leave, Dwayne wanted to shake my hand as a gentleman would, but I wanted a a hug from the Big Guy---and I got it.... Then it was my husbands turn and Dwayne said" I guess you want a hug too--my husband said "xxxx ya i do"..Needless to say we really enjoyed our time at the dealership and will reccomend it to all. We came for Nate but we stayed with Dwayne. We were in a rush, had about an hour to get in and out! Dwayne helped us get through everything quickly and efficiently. I recently visited Northgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge to check out the new 2013 Dodge Dart.
