Beware of the hot headed service employee. I am a loyal Toyota customer. I just purchased a 2025 Tundra from Northshore Toyota. On July 1, 2025, I brought in to the dealer for the 15,000 mile I am a loyal Toyota customer. I just purchased a 2025 Tundra from Northshore Toyota. On July 1, 2025, I brought in to the dealer for the 15,000 mile servicing. I mistakenly pulled the exist lane of the service department. Human mistake, just was not paying attention. This sent a service attendee (white man, middle aged, w/ ponytail) into a rage. He motioned wildly for me to back outing followed out of the building. You could tell he was very angry. I have never had that much rage and anger directed at me. What an xxxxxx. Customers should never be treated in that manner. I will never go back to Northshore Toyota for either sales or service. They have lost a customer for life. More
Raymond was very helpful knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. I’d be happy to buy another vehicle from him. Love his business cards and he’s just adorable. The salesman agent was relative new to the business, but was very helpful to getting answers to the questions that he was not able to answers. Slow responses to everything. No high pressure and no pressure at all. Very lethargic, can’t accept wire transfers.
