Cosmo was good regarding getting the paper work started for the repair on my passenger seat. The snitching is coming apart. The downfall is getting a follow up or update for approval. I will write Corporate to see if I can get a response regarding replacement of passenger seat cover. I had you guys to replace the driver side and that took a very long time.
