Cosmo was good regarding getting the paper work started for the repair on my passenger seat. The snitching is coming apart. The downfall is getting a follow up or update for approval. He mentioned he’s waiting to hear back from Mitsubishi. This was an email he sent to the company. It’s been over a week and still no response. I will write Corporate to see if I can get a response regarding replacement of passenger seat cover. I had you guys to replace the driver side and that took a very long time. I will not purchase another Mitsubishi vehicle due to poor customer service within the company. More
