Decitful practices, misconstrued information, FRAUD, I'm appalled I'm hurt and heartbroken. Jeff Washburn of the Service department tried to take full advantage of me and my money. I have warranty my title 7/9/25 stating I had to pay all this money I had no warranty drop off 8:30 for oil change tire rotation n to look at AC unit that they had to fix before taking off lot. Now I was lied to by service dept about AC guaranteed no issues. I have issues thermal coupler issues I wanted to purchase another vehicle. I was told I couldn't I felt pressured and made to sign contract for this 2022 Grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo WK. What a mess I have on my hands I must have vehicle for work they already had my car for over 10 days couldn't fix now they want it for 5 more days .. no I wouldn't of purchased a car that's not reliable to get me back and forth to work grandkids .. this dealership is a complete mess they need to provide rental car ppl can't lose there job or neglect responsibilities due to the neglect of care by the service dept. No one can be without vehicle there is no proper public transportation and Uber can't pick up grandkids and go to football and cheer and work and take care of my son who is awaiting brain surgery. I need vehicle ... I don't want this head or wanted anything to do with a lemon I have been pushed bullied and mislead into signing into a jeep that had underlying issues that I was lied to about and decieved. After informing them that my vehicle had no fuel pressure and had an active recall for a fuel pump relay which can cause the vehicle to stall while driving which it did. The cause of which is the failing of and had an active recall for a fuel pump relay which can cause the vehicle to stall while driving which it did. The cause of which is the failing of the fuel pump as even posted on Chrysler’s website. They then asked to conduct electrical work to find a problem for a fuse that kept blowing according to them. Now they say oh it was just the fuel pump. Clearly trying to charge me for something that I already knew. Extremely shady and I’m not the only person to be told they need extra stuff from these people. More
I called about water leaking into my car that was supposedly fixed a while back. Talking with the service dept tonight I got hung up on twice, talked to 3 separate people about my issue with my car l supposedly fixed a while back. They are backed up which they always are when you talk to them. I first got an appt next Thursday!? The car is leaking water inside!!!! This should be taken care of immediately. They seem not concerned. Totally irritated with who worked on 7/6/21 at 6:30-7:00pm. I can't believe I got hung up on twice, and the fact they never fixed it the first time. What a joke. What an absolute nightmare this business is. I have a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram with a tiny leak in the tire. They told me to bring it on in and get it taken care of within an hour to an hour and I have a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram with a tiny leak in the tire. They told me to bring it on in and get it taken care of within an hour to an hour and a half. 9 hours later it hadn't been touched. It's a tire leak. On top of that, I lost an entire days worth of contractor appointments. And oh, they have ZERO loaner vehicles so I'm left stranded. Thank you Northtown. You really treat people like you'd like to be treated. Now I'm stuck ordering an Uber to pick up a still xxxxed vehicle to drive home. More
The Worst Auto Business Experience in my 50plus years I brought my 2004 Dodge Ram to NORTHTOWN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP twice for Air Bag Recalls in 2016 and 2019. Twice I have experienced electrical problems I brought my 2004 Dodge Ram to NORTHTOWN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP twice for Air Bag Recalls in 2016 and 2019. Twice I have experienced electrical problems directly after. In 16 my radio started going on and off for months until it died. My remote locks also stopped working. I let this go and blamed myself for letting them break into the dash of an older, high miles vehicle. Two and a half years later i went in for round 2 and asked if they could take a look at the radio from the last air bag recall, which they forgot to do, which wasn't a problem. Then the second round of electrical problems occurred- *Gas and oil pressure gauges fluctuating *Emergency Lights only operate with vehicle running *Data link/OEM computer reader is Dead- Can Not Inspect Vehicle* I noticed the gauges immediately and the emergency lights after. When I took the truck to get it inspected the next month my mechanic informed me the computer link was dead and they must have broke it when doing the airbag. Quite irritated at this point for going against my gut twice with my old but good running truck and honestly becoming suspicious as I don't believe in coincidences, I put this to the side for a few weeks. I called the dealership in early July, experienced nearly 30 minutes of getting bounced around by a completely inept "Call Center" until I made it to the service manager. The 'service manager' then tells me "Well is it our problem or yours"... but well take a look in a couple weeks. The data link or OEM reader is significant as its something ive monitored regularly with the truck and a reader is in the trucks console, it worked months before. My mechanic also never had a problem with it. So ive explained to NORTHTOWN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP that Ive never had electrical problems until they started pulling apart my dashboard, twice, to no avail. STAY AWAY! More

After sitting with Kimberlyn Fernandez on Friday night and Saturday afternoon, I walked away with a brand new vehicle and nothing but smiles on my face. Kim is the best salesperson they have working there and I will never go to anyone else. She is so kind and so helpful. She will not sell you anything you don't need and won't pressure you into something you don't want. I would easily recommend to any of my friends or family and will be a repeat customer for years to come. More
