They lie about what you are getting and won’t make it right . Got car without tow package I was told it had and the manager there won’t do anything about it. To have a complete tow package put in this car is over $5000 it’s not just a hitch and wiring harness. It needs the proper equipment the leveling system the break controls engine cooling so I don’t blow the engine or transmission, and so I don’t get into a serious accident with it. Which could be life threatening. I am calling finance company, better business bureau and a lawyer. I can’t pay for this used vehicle that I have to pay $35000 for the next four yrs as a widow not being able to tow with it so I can go out scraping with my trailer. I was told it had what I needed. The advertisement on website said it had it. But did not! I am very upset and devastated with this. Being a widow with no income but social security this is the last thing I need. I really wanted a truck but was told a finance company wouldn’t finance one for me. My first time at age 53 buying a new vehicle not even new a used2022 but newest I have ever had and it is the worst experience for me. This vehicle is useless for me my old one I had to trade in 2011 traverse at least had a tow package which I didn’t buy new I just bought that after my husband died for $3000. It was more of what I needed and wanted now I owe over $30,000 for a vehicle I don’t even want. It’s not what I was suppose to be getting and was told it did. It’s very sad and upsetting!!! More
