My Review of Northtown Lexus:
I had been negotiating the price on a Lexus ES350 with Ryan and he indicated a certain price. I did offer a lower price. However, when I drove 2 hours to the dealership and met with his Manager, Tom, price went up more than the indicated price by Ryan.
Not a good experience with a typical car-salesman attitude.

My Review of Northtown Lexus:
Came all the way from Ontario to buy the car, sight unseen. Scott was very helpful in trying to guide me through the paperwork to import the car into Canada, although he could only give me his side of the story as far as exporting the car was concerned. He was always available and friendly and tried to answer all my questions. He spent 2.5 hrs going over the car and it's features when we went to pick it up.
The car was a year old, so there was a few "spots" on the carpet which I cleaned up myself with spot remover..the car could have been better "prepped" by the service department but otherwise was clean. Would not hesitate to do business again with them.
