Having bought the car about 4 months ago from north town, I brought it in for service for a coolant leak. mechanic that spoke to me first was extremely dismissive and rude, calling my appt a “waste of time”. He knew that from inspecting the car with an iPhone flashlight apparently. That waste of time turned into an hours long repair for a known Subaru issue. The manager on the other hand was great, the polar opposite of the first guy. One bad Apple doesn’t ruin a barrel. Nick and everyone in the office was professional. A customer concern shouldn’t be considered a waste of time on a vehicle they are paying for. Let alone him being completely wrong More
Brought my outback in for tire rotation and oil change with inspection. I dropped my car off at 9:15 and after several inquiries, I did not get it back til 4:00.
