Went in on a Friday to purchase a car and my dealer Josh was exceptionally helpful. I was able to test drive a couple of the models I was interested in and he was very adept at answering any questions I ha was exceptionally helpful. I was able to test drive a couple of the models I was interested in and he was very adept at answering any questions I had. He made the process smooth and easy. I was very stressed about purchasing from a dealership for the first time in my life but his knowledge and assistance made the process a breeze! If I could I would give ten stars but there's only an option for five, so that will have to do. More

I met with Ty on Saturday April 12th and test drove a Lincoln MKX. On that following Monday while waiting on my lender to clear the purchase I lost out on the vehicle to another customer. Ty immediately Lincoln MKX. On that following Monday while waiting on my lender to clear the purchase I lost out on the vehicle to another customer. Ty immediately found the exact same car in a different color and we went forward from there. In a few days the vehicle went through service and detail and I took delivery. Very smooth and fast.
