Buying our Lincoln Aviator with Carl Carter was a great experience. From the beginning he was respectful and knowledgeable. We did not feel any high pressure and felt he wanted us to have the car we wanted experience. From the beginning he was respectful and knowledgeable. We did not feel any high pressure and felt he wanted us to have the car we wanted. Our process was longer than most because we were waiting on an insurance claim for our previous vehicle that had hail damage. Carl actually held the car we had picked out until our claim check came in (about 30 days!) and then it was a seamless process to close the deal. I would recommend Carl and Northtowne Lincoln if you are in the market for a different vehicle! More
