My Review Of Northwest BMW:

Melvin was very patient while I tried to find a car that "fit". And, once we got in to the paperwork he was also very patient. Even with some corrections and a return to the dealership, it has been a very pleasant experience in our brief time with the care.

My Review Of Northwest BMW:

I highly recommend Melvin Bey. Several weeks after purchasing my car from Melvin, my battery died one evening. I called BMW Assist but they never arrived. Frantic, I contacted Melvin at 8pm on a Friday night. He waited for me at the dealership with a loaner until 10pm. He absolutely went above and beyond. He's been thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with.

My Review Of Northwest BMW:

I received an exceptional level of customer service in purchasing my new vehicle from NW BMW. My sales representative, Melvin Bey was fantastic. He responded to my online inquiry within minutes of my hitting the send button on my computer and arranged for the vehicle of my choice to be ready for me and my husband to view that same evening. I did not expect to purchase so quickly, but the ease of service and the teamwork from the financing manager, the service manager and Melvin, I drove away the same evening in my new vehicle.

My Review Of Northwest BMW:

Andrew was the reason I probably bought this vehicle at this location. He was a real gentleman, honest, friendly and could not have been more patient with a senior citizen couple who had no idea about all of the new technology incorporated in the BMW. I have been buying new cars for sixty years and this was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable one I have had.

My Review Of Northwest BMW:

The service department is the worst... they take advantage of people, do not communicate information well at all. I had my car taken there recently and the issue was never diagnosed on the first visit but i was charged a $140 fee.... i was than told to return the car and it would be checked for free, not really i already paid and it was not done properly. when i pick my car up i noticed my mileage was increased by almost 1,000 miles and no on can account for this... Sad part is speaking with management didn't help at all. I will never take my car there again.

My Review Of Northwest BMW:

My wife and I had a difficult situation with an unexpected loss of a vehicle and we stopped in to Northwest BMW to take a look at some potential replacement vehicles. We have had previous experience at a MINI dealership and thought the customer service there was excellent, however Andrew Nass showed us that it gets even better! Andrew greeted us in a friendly and professional manner and took us on a few test drives. We ended up leaving the dealership comfortably with his card to eventually return and make a deal on a vehicle that was scheduled to be coming in from the factory in only a few days. Andrew kept us updated and it turned out our vehicle was going to be delayed by several weeks. This was trouble for us as we needed to replace our loss vehicle quickly and Andrew did everything he could to help us in our situation including arranging for us to have use of a loaner vehicle for some of the wait time. Overall our difficult situation was made into a great experience here by Andrew Nass. Thanks Andrew!

My Review Of Northwest BMW:

From the moment I inquired about my new car until the moment I drove away, the experience was everything I had dreamed about and then some. I never felt like I was being pushed or sold and feel that I got a great price. The staff was amazing (Joy, Kenny, Andrew, and a few other guys that I cannot remember their names) and I'd highly recommend the dealership to anyone!

My Review Of Northwest BMW:

Competitive pricing ....... did I say competitive pricing? Melvin Bey, our sales rep, was very responsive to our needs and a pleasure to do business with. The car, a 2013 BMW X3 28i was fully prepped (with a full tank of gas) and looked great. We ordered it from production and it arrived even sooner than promised. They pre-set all the configurable options to our liking - e.g., radio stations, phone, seats, mirrors, lights, locks, etc. - before giving us a through review of all the cars functions. I definitely recommend you give Melvin and Northwest BMW a call.
