We were dreading an encounter with a stereotypical salesperson and were pleasantly relieved to avoid that ordeal. I would seek him out for future purchases. David Kelly did a nice job of filling in for AJ when he needed to leave. He was professional and helpful. Finalizing paperwork with the Finance Manager fell within the pushy sales approach a bit more. We felt that the process should have started with an overview of the loan approval (rate, monthly payment, etc.), but he started sliding papers at us to sign prior to any decision on our part to proceed with the loan. We had a firm budget and needed to know where the monthly rate was going to land within our range. I was disappointed with the extremely pushy approach to the warranty and other "options" . Overall, the dealership was organized, with a clear system in place for meeting customer needs. More
