Mind you, we had an appointment generated off of an online inquiry. First problem was that they started the figures off over 3K more than the advertised price. Then they started tacking on charges like 4K for their Apex system (GPS and body damage coverage) and first one thing and then another till it was close to double the original advertised price. The original price was 3K over the KBB value but when they finished, this used car with over 50,000 miles would have cost more than my SUV that I bought brand new. The entire experience left me insulted. According to them, all cars are sold at roughly $10,000 above the advertised price. I guess that's why their lot is full of them. While they were very polite, pleasant and professional, their tactics are horrible. It was a huge waste of our time. More

I brought my Kono back in December. I was told I needed apex protection plan and gap insurance which I purchased in my finances. Then I found I could get gap insurance 500 cheaper with my credit union. So I refinanced my vehicle. Then the policy I cancelled was refunded to the dealer and then sent the corporate. I have a 2785.00 refund that I have been trying to get since March. Every time I call and hold and hold get hung up on have talked to many people told same thing has not been released pending. Pending what?? Don’t believe everything a salesperson tell you. Now I have no idea how to get Hyundai to release my money🥲. Any help would be appreciated More

My engine of my Hyundai Santa Fe had to be changed under warranty. They had my vehicle 7 weeks. Yes, you read that correctly; 7 weeks. Once they received the engine, they said they didn't know when they wou warranty. They had my vehicle 7 weeks. Yes, you read that correctly; 7 weeks. Once they received the engine, they said they didn't know when they would do the work because they were "overwhelmed" by all of the service work they had lined up. When I finally got my vehicle, the technician had changed the radio to Tejano music, apparently while it was being test driven. I would think that a technician should be test driving a vehicle without music blasting so they can listen for any unusual noises. Also, after 7 weeks of sitting on their lot, no one ever thought about checking to make sure the battery was charged and ready to go. We had to wait for them to jump the vehicle and then they told us that the (almost) new battery was probably bad. But the worst of it was, I had not had any issues with my air conditioner before dropping off the vehicle. As a matter of fact, it worked very well and would get cold quickly. When I drove off from the dealership, the A/C was blowing warm air. I had to loop around and bring the vehicle back. The service manager, George Sanchez, immediately got defensive and said that his technicians were not responsible for any problems with the A/C and that it could be the compressor, which I would have to pay for. He said this without even putting the vehicle on the rack and checking it first. Anything could have (accidentally) happened during the engine change that could have affected the A/C but George was adamant that he knows everything that his technicians do. That's impossible since he is sitting in an office inside the building and can't possibly stand next to each and every technician. There will be mistakes. A little customer service would have gone a long way. Maybe he should have offered to check the vehicle before he ran his mouth. After finally looking at it, he said that the freon needed to be 'charged'. At this point, I feel that he may have just been trying to cover for one of their mistakes but was too embarrassed to admit it since he spoke before investigating. It would have been better for him to be honest. Unfortunately, I've lost confidence in the service department at Northwest Hyundai. More

Their "Market Selling Price" of $25,500 means they are placing a dealer-added markup on this unit. Crazy. And like that is not enough, they propose placing a hard add-on of $1,999 for APEX? No deal in markups on a 22k economy car. More

When you are looking to purchase a new car, the sales department tells you how great they are, but now I have an issue and the service department does not seem to have enough technicians to get to my car department tells you how great they are, but now I have an issue and the service department does not seem to have enough technicians to get to my car in a timely manner. My car was there for 3 days before I received any explanation. Finally, I was told my warranty would cover the failure. However, the call came after the office was closed on a Saturday and the message only told me that it will take another 4 days before they can get the approval to do the work. Additionally, there was no information as to how I am supposed to proceed without a vehicle. After inquiring about transportation options, which I should not have had to ask about, the information I received was that they have too many cars needing warranty work to provide me a loaner vehicle and the allowance for a rental car will only cover about half of what we are seeing is the going rate for our area. Also told that it was still going to take another 3 days before they can get it approved for the warranty work and then they could order what would be needed for repairs. It now looks like it could two weeks, or longer, to get my car repaired and back. I have a car and a warranty for a reason - because I need reliable transportation! Certainly not pleased that the service department is not hurry to get my vehicle repaired and back to me, and I am sure it is because there is no money in warranty work. Again, if I were there to buy a new car, people would be lined up to try and offer assistance. I loved my Tuscan, but now I am not sure how great of a car it is if there is a failure with the transmission this early. Super disappointed to have it fail just halfway through my warranty period. Never had this problem with any other car with a lot more miles. May think twice now before buying another. More

I have been searching for a vehicle to carry my tools when I travel. I found what I thought was a good vehicle at a good price. On paper and on videos the Santa Cruz looked good, BUT when you see the p when I travel. I found what I thought was a good vehicle at a good price. On paper and on videos the Santa Cruz looked good, BUT when you see the price that is MSRP, it is far from the out the door price ($51000) and then they start adding these charges and charges the price grows fast. To make things worse I was told the vehicle was there but in fact the car was still on the dock. Now if anyone tells you that Hyundai has a good warrantee then I can say not too bad but to get the bumper to bumper 100,000 mile it will cost you over $2400 Now heres the kicker. I drove 25 miles to get to the dealership expecting to buy a car and drive it home and ended up driving my own car home because they didnt have a loaner I was told by finance that yes there is 0% finance but only until the end of the month and if the car arrives after that the rate will change. Bottom line is DON'T TRUST MORTHWEST HYUNDAI it is a pit full of vipers More

She made me to go there by driving for 50min and she is not even a sales person. They have added all hidden fees into MSRP and making it 10K more than what is was discussed. If you have money and you do not care then go to this dealership. 1) Watch out the MSRP (they call Market value price adjustment not Market Sales Retail Price) what they present in the paper to you is way high than the really MSRP. Basically they are not breaking down and customer most of the time think it is MSRP then go with that. 2) APEX they added this for no reason even it is part of MSRP 3) All these adds min $10K more to a customer. Again if you have money to trash then to go this dealership. More
