Thursday, July 31st, 2025 Discover that, although advertised with a backup camera, the backup camera does not work. Also that the analog clock does not work. Friday, August 1st, 2025 Discover a leak as is evidenced by a stain/spot in the driveway. Make an appointment with our mechanic of over 20 years to examine the vehicle on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025. Discover that the windshield and side windows are scratched. Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 Engine light comes on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 Take vehicle to Europa Motors in Bellevue, WA. 9:00am Monday. August 11th, 2025 Pick up vehicle. Mechanic examined the vehicle and developed the following list of repairs that need making on the vehicle. Of note Europa Motors also sells vehicles and always makes all necessary repairs BEFORE selling the vehicle. Europa Motors’ list of repairs needed Backup camera Analog clock Catalytic converter Right front axle boot Transmission pan leak Radiator tank Left squirter broken Loose/cracked bumper Right front fog lamp bulbs and wiring missing Evap system Muffler Mechanic’s estimate for repairs: $5 - $10,000. Carl was outstanding. My wife and I were looking for a particular make and model truck. We searched nationwide and finally found one at Northwest Auto.It was higher pric My wife and I were looking for a particular make and model truck. We searched nationwide and finally found one at Northwest Auto.It was higher priced than average, yet it had a lower mileage and cleaner body than others we found. The management did not want accept my offer, which was $500 less than asking price. I kept in touch with Carl and after a month of being unable to sell it for their asking price, my offer was accepted. The stereo/gps system didn’t work properly, the tires were noisy on the road, the previous owners had tried paint the taillights and reflectors in a blackout style, The interior was average and a bit worn, which did not show up in pictures very well, but looked good enough to fly to Pasco from Colorado and buy it. Carl picked me up at the airport and we went to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. I drove it back to Colorado and determined what needed to be addressed. The title work was a challenge due to improper endorsements by the dealership. Carl facilitated getting a clean title, all by mail, and making sure it went through. It took three attempts, but success followed. After replacing the interior, tires, and stereo/gps, my wife has the truck she was after. Nice work Carl! More

Really regret buying this truck. So many issues with it now. I was insured that the truck had been gone over by two dealership. Got in home and the air cleaner looked like it hadn’t So many issues with it now. I was insured that the truck had been gone over by two dealership. Got in home and the air cleaner looked like it hadn’t been changed in 100 thousand miles . Was completely plugged, can’t believe the truck would even run. Now less than 500 miles after buying it the transmission is taking a xxxx. Plus the fact that I was told before driving 349 miles to buy the truck that everything worked. Took the truck on test drive and electric mirror didn’t work. Cup holder was broken and tailgate didn’t work. In the end it is my fault , I seen some red flags and should have walk away. More
