They where fast in getting me the results of testing what was wrong in the van and fast getting the repair but I asked if they would dry vac the water out of the floorboard in front seat area and they said t was wrong in the van and fast getting the repair but I asked if they would dry vac the water out of the floorboard in front seat area and they said the would do . When I picked up they said they did do the dry vac but could not get the carpet clean from any mold that I would have to use a detailer to get that done . When I got into the van the floorboard had more water on it then when I brought it in so I know they didn’t do dry vac and it was not raining the day I picked up . More
