I informed my service advisor that during my last visit I reported a broken piece of plastic on my seat and was told my extended warranty covered it and got confirmation that the piece was ordered and receiv reported a broken piece of plastic on my seat and was told my extended warranty covered it and got confirmation that the piece was ordered and received. I however chose to wait until my next pile change to get it fixed. That advisor than told me that this was actually in fact not covered by the extended warranty, contradicting what the previous person told me. While discussing with her she than asked a gently y the name of Mike Robles if this was covered and he said that it wasn’t. I tried explaining to him that I was previously told that this was covered and even got an automated text message telling me the part was received. Instead of trying to help or find some sort of solution he completely dismissed me and was instead condescending. What I told him that I don’t see what changed since the last time I came, he tells me; “a lot of things can change, prices policies, etc.” I then told him that if I would have came the day after I got confirmation the part arrived it would have been changed at no cost and in being penalized for waiting. His response was; “well if it was that much of a priority tou would have came right away”. The whole thing was handled poorly and with zero effort if providing conflict resolution or good customer service. More

brought my car in at 9:40 for an oil change didn't get a text until 4:30 before they close. unfortunately i had to call out of work since i didn't have a car. then they told me it was a glitch in the system text until 4:30 before they close. unfortunately i had to call out of work since i didn't have a car. then they told me it was a glitch in the system. a call would've been nice as well. and not get called at 4:30. i did call the dealership after the 4 hour mark since oil change doesn't take that long and the lady told me the person who helped me was busy so she will let him know i called. just upset that i have to miss work over something so small.
