Worst experience ever Son-in-Law purchased a 2013 F150. Within 18 hours the oil pump went out and damaged the motor. Took 35 plus days to repair. THEY said they would cover Son-in-Law purchased a 2013 F150. Within 18 hours the oil pump went out and damaged the motor. Took 35 plus days to repair. THEY said they would cover the cost of repair, or let him take traded vehicle back and walk away or pick a different truck. He Liked that one and thought at their cost he wanted that one. They ran the repairs thru his purchased extended warranty that they said they would not use. Took forever for warranty approvals. Had to drive there 3 separate times because no one would answer his calls. The drive was 2 hours and 30 minutes one way each time. But Nourse Nissan of Chillicothe doesn't care about their customers. Lied about using his purchased extended warranty and lied about reimbursement of a rental car for the 35plus days he didn't have his truck. More
