Near 4 month ordeal with expensive suspension damages which happened during a Chevy Roadside tow with video evidence that they (Roadside / AAA) still refuse to acknowledge while at the same time having t which happened during a Chevy Roadside tow with video evidence that they (Roadside / AAA) still refuse to acknowledge while at the same time having the engine of a 2023 Colorado replaced under warranty. Nucar service manager Nicole Lessard seemed to actually care about my situation and kept in constant contact while trying to assist the best she could. After picking the truck up I’d have to say the technician (unknown name) did a stellar job as well as you’d never know an entire engine block and drivers side suspension was replaced. Lost points though for never offering a loaner vehicle even with the warranty work. More
