Rogue Worst dealership ever. The salesmen don’t know anything about the cars. I asked a simple question and he wasn’t able to answer it. On top of that, th Worst dealership ever. Don’t even get me started about the pricing!! When you call you get one number, then when you actually go to the dealership you get a completly different number! Then the salesmen push you into buying the car at a crazy price!! I will never purchase a vehicle at any Boch dealership!! More

Horrible Sales team, they do NOT understand customer service Went to look at a new vehicle, had looked on their website and found a few vehicles. Spoke to people via email about the cars, and of course when I got there the price was NO where near what they advertised or had given me via email. It should be illegal and fraud to post false prices! I arrived and they set me up with the salesman Rich, who I explained what I was looking for and my all in budget, what I needed for my trade in, etc. I said exactly what I was looking for and willing to spend. He didn’t seem to listen because he came back with a monthly payment of $250 more than what I could spend. He spun the paper around and said initial here on this paper and we have a deal. I said absolutely not, he got annoyed and said what did he need to do to earn my business then? I told him my all in budget again. He came back with about $60 less a month then the last quote and said again, initial here and we have a deal. This went on for HOURS and wasted a Sunday off from work, And I was getting royally annoyed and told him I was not buying anything for more than what my budget was. He brought his sales manager in JC who also kept bringing numbers in $100 more a month then my budget. The whole experience was so bad, and the pressure sales tactic is beyond annoying and rude! You lost me as a customer! I’ve never been so angry after dealing with a Car dealership. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! Stay away!! Horrible experience! I can say happily I purchased a vehicle from another dealership who was great to deal with and I got an even better car with so much more in it than this place even would entertain. Don’t bother with these people! Look into other dealerships! More

Horrible Customer Service and professionalism This dealer has become the worst in the entire New England Region. Certainly, missed Nissan Village's leadership where I was a customer since 2012. This is how everything went: I started by reaching out the night before (12/28). Received a call right away and was arranged an appointment for today 12/29 @ 10 am. I got there and yes, my name was listed ; but didn't have a salesperson assigned. Alana, who was by the receptionist desk, decided to help me. After explaining the reason of my visit , my conversation with the associate who called me on 12/28 , and my interest on a 2017 Armada. She went to get the keys for a test drive. Oh wait, I cant find the keys because my manager has it as a demo. "Let me find out where he is and be right back". Finally, when she got the keys and heading for a drive. I said: " here are the keys for my trade that way they can start working on the appraisal". She responded: we are too busy now and that wont get done probably until we get back. Well, I was trying to safe everyone's time. Got to the car... and... all dirty inside, chargers, coins , a car seat, Christmas gift bags, ice melt, plus 1195 miles...what?! Is it a demo or personal use vehicle. Joking, I said: are you sure he would like to sell this car?... Of course: he needs to she responded. During the test drive, I asked some technical questions, all her answers were: my manager will get that for us. She didn't even know the rebates offer by Nissan in that Model. Her manager knew and everything was going to be reflected on the paper work. That isn't all, no a clue on the equipment or functionality of some of the vehicle functions. Got back to the dealer and disappointed was even worst. She asked some questions about the trade and asked me to go outside to check on the vehicle. In my past 20 years buying cars, never saw a salesperson go out to appraise a vehicle. I went out to show the car and provided my registration. We went back into the shop. She asked me about which financial offers I was interested and went to her manager. Her manager( JC or Jamie- cant fully remember)came out to clarify my existing trade terms. Then, he said. Alana is checking on your payoff. I said: here is a copy I pulled it last night. Oh no, she needs to call to get the number for today. Seriously... where is the level of trust? Of course, it took her more than 20 minutes. She came to apologize... pretty sure the numbers are the same, I said. At this time, please give the keys as my manager will like to go to appraise the car; Alana indicated...Really, didn't you just went out. However, I provided my keys. Then, she asked about my credit score, I indicated that didn't have an exact number. Immediately, she asked my to fill a credit application. Thats was a big NO. Please tell me the numbers and I will decide if I want you to pull my credit. She went to her manager again. He came out with his book to explain the tiers and to ensure I understood the payment I was looking at. Yes, I know that. He left and she came out to ask the months left on my existing car. Unfortunately, I didn't have that info. In addition, you didn't trust me the first time. She left again, and was asked to call my financial company one more time. Another 30 minutes waiting. Do you think I was even offer a glass of water? Of course NO. I asked for my keys to get my phone charger and she got a cable from her co-worker because her manager got the keys. Finally, she came back with what she thought it was a great offer. I was looking to purchase a car not a house. I asked for the numbers (rebate, discounts and trade value)she said let me go back and ask my manager. She came back with my keys and no numbers... unfortunately, my manager can get the numbers you are looking for. WOW. Your manager wants to continue to drive this car for his personal use. Never felt so discriminated and disappointed in my life. If you are planning to purchase or lease a nissan, I strongly recommend you to visit a different dealer where customer matters and sales team know what they are doing. On a separate note, while waiting, another manager came to speak to a family that was trying to buy a car and he was arrogant and very unprofessional. He even made feel uncomfortable. Another reason to do business somewhere else. More

A $6,334.50 Extra Price Tag Tuesday, September 26, 2017, I entered Boch Nissan South, in North Attleboro with my 6-month-old Daughter, Sister, and Mother. We sat with a gentleman Tuesday, September 26, 2017, I entered Boch Nissan South, in North Attleboro with my 6-month-old Daughter, Sister, and Mother. We sat with a gentleman name Rich. I told him what I had in mind. Shortly after, we test drove a red 2017 Rogue and then a white 2017 Pathfinder. The Pathfinder suited our size needs better. After we sat down, the first question he asked me is "what would I like my payments to be?" Of course, it was! Dealers want to discuss payments, not price, I know this now."Dealerships love to quote cars in terms of the monthly payment, leaving the purchase price out of the equation until the papers are signed." That's exactly what happened to me. I told him, under $200/month. I told him that I wanted to lease. I, being a stay-at-home Mother to a 6-month-old did not want to overextend myself and my family's budget. He fringe understanding. I was misled, from the start. Taken for a ride. A very expensive one. He asked me if I had a vehicle & if I wanted to trade it in. I said "yes," and we discuss the possible price of a trade-in and agreed upon $1,000. As I write this, I realized the price of the car was never discussed, nor brought up. Just payments. Rich, continued to say, "if I can get your monthly payments to where you want it, will we have a deal today?" I said it's possible if he can get it to $250 the most. He said he'll see what he can do. And does that "have you wait and bite your nails, while he BS at the breakroom with his buddies nonsense." When he came back, the number was still too high for us, and proceed to leave. I told him, I'll come back tomorrow, or Saturday. Wanting to make the sale, he asks to take a look at my 98 ' Avalon (it has character). Stalling my haste to leave. A strategic move to get me to buy today. Returning back. He claims the best he can do is $279. $79 over the $200, and $29 over the $250. After some back and forth, I reluctantly agreed to $279. And than disagreed. By that time, the pressure is on, and I continue to tell him that I'll come back tomorrow or Saturday. Rich, desperate to make a sale, said what he needed to say to coerce me into an answer. I realized now, after this stressful, expensive ordeal that I never saw the sticker price of the car that I purchased. Sticking me with a car that is overpriced by $6,635. The payments are unaffordable given my very large down payment, making the car unaffordable for me. I never saw the price of the car that I drove off the lot. The sticker price was taken down by the dealer (which is illegal). I never saw the price. It was never made known to me. And they knew, once I drove off the lot, I essentially accept fully. When the price was briefly discussed, I was under the impression that I was getting a "good deal, $6,500 less than the Pathfinder I test drove." Remembering the sticker price on the car. I believed that deal was in fact solid. So, I proceed under the pretense of $6,500 less, (who wouldn't jump on that?) I made a downpayment of $5,279 and traded in my 98' Avalon for an additional $1,000 a total of $6,279. To keep my payments affordable and low. My payments were never lowered because the price of the car was never lowered. Even with $6,279 down. Reason being - dealers try to lower the monthly payment by extending the loan term rather than cutting the purchase price. But, since it was a 36-month lease my payments were HIGH. I know this now. Now at the finance manager - Nicole Charbatji's office. Quick, blatantly deceiving and sleazy. She tried to take me for an extra $100.50, (on top of the $6,279 Rich took from me) immediately stating that an RI title is $150.50 when it's, in fact, $51. At that moment, I told her, I'd rather keep my Avalon (& I should've) she got up and said: "that's the price, where did you get $51 from? I said Rich told me. She then proceeds to "talk to Rich." Pretending I was getting the title for $100.50 less, she kept stressing that I had a good deal and saving so much money. But, in hindsight, I saved nothing. Just robbed of my 98' Avalon and $5,330 in cash. Fun Fact: I now know that any vehicle over under the year 2000, does not need a title. The registration of my car is more than enough. But, Rich and Nicole stressed that I needed a title. Robbing me of an additional $51. The lease agreement, I only got a physical copy of, after I signed. It was on the financed manager (Nicole's) computer I never saw the actual contract before signing it, unfortunately, that wasn't an option ever presented. When I asked about the contract (before signing) she told me all that was in it is what my monthly payments will be. The signing process was done on a tiny electronic pad, that was barely legible and extremely dark. She printed it out once I was done, and placed it in a sealed enveloped. I was rushed out of the office and rushed into my car. My Avalon plates were then transferred over to the Pathfinder (which isn't entirely legal), in the state of RI, we have 72 hours to register a vehicle after purchase. It has been longer than that now. The car isn't registered still. They knew, once driving off, I assume legal rights of the vehicle. The initial selling process was as slow as can be. While the financed part took a total of 5 minutes. I never saw the price of the car that I drove off the lot. The sticker price was taken down by the dealer (which is illegal). So, I never saw the price. It was never made known to me. It's not until I got home, I realized that the (oral) price we agreed ($30,000) upon isn't what I was given. In fact, I was charged more than their advertised MSRP of $36,635 + $1,025 to make up for the trade deal of my 98' Avalon. The actual price of the car was ballon to $37,841.50. Higher than what Nissan charge for this particular model. The advertised MSRP is $36,635. Already grossly inflamed from the $31,793 KellyBlue Book/ TrueCar Value and comparable competitors. Looking back at the last 72 hours, I was a victim of gouging and unfair trade practice. My precious 98' Avalon was taken in as a trade-in for $1,000 and they charged me $1,025 for it. Profiting $25. The finance manager, Nicole Charbatji, deliberately withheld the truth. She purposely withheld a ton of information, and she upsold me on unnecessary products for over $2,000 worth for longer than the lease terms. They had me sign on a tiny dark electronic thing that I could barely see. While raving of such a good deal that I have received. All a ploy to keep you distracted from reading properly and understanding. Strategic. I understand it's months end, and quotas need to be met. But, where's your humanity? Seems like, these people don't care if you have a family or your life/credit gets ruin by this. All in the name of earning commission. I have a Daughter that I need to take care, and I was robbed of my (old, but reliable)car and $5,330. .... Wednesday morning, bright and early 14 hours after I signed, I return back to the dealers. To let them know, that the oral priced of $6,500 less than the model I test drove isn't what is on the contract and that I want this fixed. That I was sold an overpriced vehicle. Over their advertised MSRP by $1,025. Totaling $37,841.50 I sat with some sales manager who claimed I got a "good deal," and "there's nothing they can do." Friday evening, I went back to the dealers. And brought once again to their (meeting with JC) attention that I was sold an overpriced vehicle. Over their advertised MSRP by $1,025. They saw this, did the same on Wednesday morning, "it's a good deal, ummmm, yea, Rich's a good guy, you got a great deal, ummm, the deal is funded you signed the contract, there's nothing you can do." I'm posting this in hopes it helps someone (and myself) out. Consumers, please equip yourself, some car salesmen/women are filled with sleaziest sales schemes and only concern for their commission.
