They are staffed with a star-studded cast. My service advisor was Jacob Rogers. He is an outstanding person and one of the finest representatives for any dealership that I’ve ever been acquainted with. Great mentions to George and Alicia, who, although not my service advisors, stepped in to help and support whenever they could. They communicate effectively and are responsible, standing behind the brand, products, and work they do. If something is not to your satisfaction, they make things right. As long as I have a Jeep, it will be serviced here at Nyle Maxwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Austin. And if I end up without a Jeep, I’ll probably acquire a new one from here as well. More

I‘d give zero stars if I could. If you have a jeep, find someone else to help you. We’ve used Nyle Maxwell Jeep for years with little complaint. I‘m not sure what has changed, but they are now clearly in the business of upselling you and the general service has declined. Over 18 months our jeep was seen 3 times for battery and alternator related issues. Nyle Maxwell’s inability to fully diagnosis the issue and/or secure parts cost us 2 tows, more than a month without our car, not too mention some overinflated bills. Super disappointing - go somewhere…anywhere else. More

I bought a new ram 2500, the experience was very good. Loved the salesman Brandon. Gave top rating for my review after multiple contacts asking for top review. Then I have a problem within a week or so of ownership. I am being told it will be mid December to fix and will take one or two days. Problem is loose, bulging carpet that impedes the gas pedal. Makes it very hard to pull off the gas. This is a safety issue and needs to be corrected quickly. Apparently, this is no concern of Nyle Maxwell Dealer in Austin. I will get it fixed this week on my own. I resend my review and worn potential buyers to not give a review until all problems or issued are resolved. I think that if I waited to give a review, their concern would be a priority not a brush off. More
