He was prompt in returning my emails and went above and beyond what I was expecting when I initially inquired about the Civic. He sent me a video walk around of the exterior and interior of the car. Being that I am 2.5 hrs. away from the dealership, this was invaluable for peace of mind of trying to buy a car sight unseen. When we finally agreed to a price, he made it happen quickly. He walked me through everything I needed to do and even relayed my financing rate before I even set foot there. There was no hard sell, just straight professionalism. This was much appreciated. Matt Couch dealt with my financing and he was great also. Taking the time to explain all of the products and making sure all of my paperwork were all in order. There were no games played and that made my experience enjoyable and that is also appreciated. I was in and out in about an hour! Yes, I needed 5 hours roundtrip to this dealership, but I would do it all over again for the experience with this dealership.
