I made an appt - they did not honor it. Tried to tell me they got my name mixed up with another - I have a very unique first and last name - that was a lie. So to make amends they offered to do the mainten they got my name mixed up with another - I have a very unique first and last name - that was a lie. So to make amends they offered to do the maintenance on my car asap. I was in to have the 110,000 mi maint done - was quoted $120 on the phone while making the appt. The mechanic did the 100,000 AND the 110,000 mi maints. - tried to charge me $287. When we figured out that they did both maints - they took $37 off the price. I was still paying more than double what they quoted me. This sort of stuff has happened the entire time I have been going there. I have complained til I am blue in the face - to no avail. More

I did not have a good experience with Brad Barker Honda. I bought a pre-owned car there and came back the next day to pick it up. Not only was the car's exterior dirty, but when I got home I noticed a new I bought a pre-owned car there and came back the next day to pick it up. Not only was the car's exterior dirty, but when I got home I noticed a new car ding. The dealer was not willing to fix it or compensate me. Don't be fooled. They don't car about making you happy, they only want your money! More
