Broken down out of state with a family of 6! Traveling home to Ohio on a Friday night with a car loaded down with kids and gear and the unimaginable happens, we break down. A quick Google search later we were lucky enough to be close to this amazing dealership. Not only did our towtruck driver comment that this dealership had the best diesel mechanic around we were amazed by the friendly and extremely helpful staff. Nancy and Steve were very helpful getting us taken care of quickly and very understanding of our situation. Mechanic Jim S was very helpful to fix an interesting problem and get us back on the road. Pricing was very reasonable and considering our situation we were pleasantly surprised. Good to know there are great honest dealerships out there still. Many thanks More

Dead battery issues on Lincoln MKC Found car would not start. Sent tow truck, jumped it off, but I requested it taken to dealer for follow up. The maintenance team ran all the tests p Found car would not start. Sent tow truck, jumped it off, but I requested it taken to dealer for follow up. The maintenance team ran all the tests possible, and after it sat overnight, tested again, and found the battery failed. Replaced it, no charge, got an oil change as requested, no charge, and they even washed my car. Exceptional interface with J41 Service Manager/Adviser Bernard Jean, called me and kept me apprised of the ongoing troubleshooting. Later, they delivered the car back to me at home, also no charge. They also called prior to delivery to make sure I'd be home, and sent an email, and gave me an estimated time of drop off, which they exceeded by over an hour. Just doesn't get any better than this! More

He went over and beyond to make sure that he took great care of us. He was sure to explain everything in detail, kept his word, very patient, and had great knowledge of his job and of vehicles. I didn't feel pressured to make the purchase, everything was at ease. Ed came in on his day off, and he stayed later than scheduled to get us all taken care of. That was my first time purchasing a vehicle at this particular location but I would not hesitate to do it again, and I'd definitely recommend the dealership if I know of anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. A visit with OC I took my 2016 MKX in for a recall notice fix. I was met by the Service Manager who assured me that they would get right on it and that I would have I took my 2016 MKX in for a recall notice fix. I was met by the Service Manager who assured me that they would get right on it and that I would have the car in a short time. While there I asked the receptionist if I could get some help with some questions relating to my purchase of that vehicle. By chance Mr Welch was standing near by and personally escorted me to a person who promptly searched the dealership data base and got me the info I needed. What a visit. Service Manager and owner. Shortly thereafter Service Advisor Bernard Jean found me in the customer lounge. He told me the work was done and that my car (freshly washed) was ready for me. He took me to my car, thanked me for my business and shook my hand. Quite professional and pleasant at the same time. More

From the service tech's greeting to the checkout everything runs smoothly and they keep you updated on the status of your car while you are waiting. I wouldn't take my cars (both Fords and purchased from O.C.) anywhere else. I also wouldn't look for another car or truck beyond the borders of O'C.'s lot. The Showroom itself is worth the visit. The Petty Garage Mustangs are just mind-blowing. Another reason I only go to see O.C. is his philanthropic work in the community. I don't know of anyone else more involved in several communities than O.C. I know that my purchases, etc., etc., will be used to also help our community and I appreciate that fact. More
