My Review of O'Connor Quality Hyundai:
I wish I hadn't bought my car here because it reminds me of my experience at this dealership. The usual fast talk and padding of the invoice. Lot of b.s. When I have taken the car back for warranty work, the service people were friendly and seemed competent. But as for sales and the GM, I dislike walking in a dealership where I felt I should have brought someone with me.

My Review of O'Connor Quality Hyundai:
My visit was short, I went wanting to look at the new Genesis but they had none. As a matter of faxct they had NO "New" Hyundais on the lot but "Demos". How does this place stay open as a "Hyundai" dealer with nothing but used hyundais on the lot?
Head to Countryside or Tinley if you are looking for a "New" Hyundai.

My Review of O'Connor Quality Hyundai:
Do not buy a car from this dealership. And I totally agree that Gartner Hyundai would be the place to go to buy a car because previous to going to O'Connor I did go to Gartner, but they did not have the specific car I wanted. In retrospect, I should have waited. The salesman I had pushed and pushed, and I should have walked away. Totally unresponsive to questions I had regarding the car after the purchase and an error made on the bill of sale. His manager was just as unresponsive. I am really sorry I made a purchase at this dealership.

My Review of O'Connor Quality Hyundai:
Don't even bother with this place. I went in there looking for a new Sonata, and my salesguy (Joe) was pushing me to buy a new SantaFe. He started running numbers for me, but wouldn't ever show me the actual price of the car - just the final breakdown by interest rate and monthly payment.

I kept asking him to show everything in detail, and he got aggravated and told me to write it all down for him because he was sick of getting up and consulting with his manager every time I had a question.

As he walked away, I saw him shaking his head in disgust, so I apologized to him for making him work so hard, asked for my keys and left.
The sales manager wouldn't give them to me right away, as he accused me of trying to trade in a stolen vehicle (my 2005 Tucson that I bought brand new) - I had the windshield re-sealed, and the guy that did it got the black sealant over the VIN window on the windshield.

Any place that would rather accuse you of being a felon than sell you a car, in my mind, is not worth the trip. Stay away from this place, and more importantly, if you do go there, don't deal with Joe.

I'll pay the slightly higher price over at Gartner in Aurora to be treated like I matter.

(Sad thing is, I would have bought the car if they didn't act the way they did)

My Review of O'Connor Quality Hyundai:
i bought my santa fe, the sales person didn't remember me. I had to repeat my issue w/him about 4 times for him to remember who I was. They totally screwed up my paperwork and made me pay for something I should've have never paid for. They made the error and admitted to it, of not looking at a document before I signed for my car. Instead of fixing the issue (all over $63) they made me pay. Million Dollar Dealership couldn't eat $63. I would never recommend this dealership. Should've bought a SATURN!!!

My Review of O'Connor Quality Hyundai:
The sale of my sonata went smooth and was a real pleasurable experience. My sales rep was very good he took time to go over everything with me. There was very little pressure during negotiation of the price. I felt very much at ease with everything even the finacing went smooth.
