My husband and I arrived at 11am the day of the sale at O'Donnell Honda and were greeted warmly by Mr. Askin. He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle and showed us to a beaut O'Donnell Honda and were greeted warmly by Mr. Askin. The car was a Special Edition and it stunning! It drove like a dream (like all my 5 Hondas that I've had in the past)! He offered to show us another model but we were so impressed with the car we sat down to negotiate a price. It took no longer than 30 minutes all together. He had our car for trade-in too! We took it home that day after speaking with the financial person. We looked at the clock and it was about 1:00. Lunchtime! We celebrated our new car. This is the third car we bought from O'Donnell Honda AND we drove almost an hour and half to get there because we trust them and have had great experiences all three times. More

He does not pressure you into anything. He is knowledgeable and polite and he takes his time with you, answering all your questions. He follows up on his sales to make sure that you are still happy with your purchase. In addition, I am extremely happy with the vehicle I chose. It was a certified used Honda. Was very pleased with experience working with the sales person (Robert Wilkie) and with the person taking care of financing (unfortunately don't have his card and don't remember the name). It was 1st experience buying in this dealership (I bought cars in other places in past). The sales person was to the point, honest, and explained everything. Financing person was super fast (we were really impressed!). Also was quite happy with the Internet price on car. The big plus of the dealership was that they didn't try to rip you off selling meaningless packages and "hiding" the different financing options (I had this experience in different place just a year ago, and was extremely unhappy about it because I waster 2 hours for nothing (just to get what I knew I gonna get anyway)). Overall I'd definitely recommend the place. More

I really hate to haggle with people so I always email ahead of time asking for a "walk off the lot" price. In my last 2 buying experiences, I had 2 other Honda dealerships try to add things on when I ar ahead of time asking for a "walk off the lot" price. In my last 2 buying experiences, I had 2 other Honda dealerships try to add things on when I arrive ($25 to put on the license plates!), and I had to get nasty and rude to get the quoted price, so I was a little wary going in. However, Mike Garvey at O'Donnell Honda couldn't have been more professional and helpful. We got the exact price he quoted, (which was the lowest of all the local Honda dealerships I emailed), he went over all the bells and whistles of the vehicle, and best of all, there were no surprises! It was by far the least stressful, most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. More
