I came into the dealership to purchase a 2017 Yukon. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul salesman. They could not find the keys to the vehicle. I waited 30 minutes for them to do so. We agreed to numbers and I told them I would be back to bring them a check to hold the car. I had a business issue so could not come right back. I called Paul and told him the issue and also filled out a credit application they ran my credit and told them I would be back at 9AM to finish the purchase bc I had got tied up. They called me at 5:00PM and told me they had an appointment on the car and I had to put a deposit on the car if I wanted it. I explained that if I wasn’t serious then I would not have allowed them to run my credit after we had already agreed to terms. I asked them to have the owner call me who is present in the store. 6:52pm they called me and told me the car was sold. Bad business and not good faith negotiating. More
