My Review of O'Hare Hyundai:
Although the overall sales experience was great, we had issue with the finance manager from the Honda dealer not Hyundai as the Hyundai finance manager had already gone home. We felt the finance manager was purposely misleading and confusing with regards to the extended service, etching, and tire warranty service contracts to the extent that we almost walked away from the deal. Because the costs were more than expected, we requested clarification of the contracts and pricing, he then made rude and disparaging comments, blaming us for misunderstanding his "clear presentation". We had asked for pricing of all, were given a price, a discount, then a total but when he filled in the sales information the costs were approximately double what was quoted. We questioned this information and were told the price quoted was for the extended warranty only, the etching was additional and the tire warranty wasn't even quoted! This is the 2nd new Hyundai vehicle we purchased and was a much different and worse finance experience when compared to the first experience we had about 2 years ago. We have already recommended this dealership to others but have warned them about the finance personnel!
