My Review of O'Hare Hyundai:
Everyone was great to work with. My overall experience was low pressure, and worked with a very friendly and professional staff. Gina quickly responded to my internet inquiry, and provided me with a quote the next business day. From there, I worked with Mike, who made the entire buying experience pleasant. Mike introduced me to the friendly service staff, and after the deal was closed, showed me everything I needed to know about my new car. Mike also took care of my trade in, and made that process go smoothly. Financing was easy, and Dan was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all my questions.

Michael was helpful in finding the vehicle I was searching for and walked me through the purchase process - this was my second vehicle purchase and was not very familiar with the process. Mike and O'hare Hyundai made it quite painless.

financee and I bought a 2012 Hyundai in late april. we love the car and were very comfortable with the New Car buying experience. Darren Conwell was a very informed and patient sales rep who I would definately by a car from again. He was very reacheable and pleasant.
the only negative experience was there was a 2 hour wait to see the finance person who was very pushy. I told him that I was not interested in the add ons but he still kept asking me. I had to tell him to stop pushing or we were walking. needless to say that shut him up!

My Review of O'Hare Hyundai:
Michael was very friendly and helpful. He showed me both new and used cars and I test drove 5 cars. I was very concerned in keeping my payment as low as possible and he offered me several payment options. After chosing a new Hyundai rather than a used Honda he went over the lights, wipers, radio setups, seat adjustments, etc. Michael offered any help I would need in the future. He introduced me to the service manager who was very pleasant also. I received a follow-up call from both the salesman and the dealership manager several days after purchase thanking me and offering any help if needed in the future.

In a world where we're so quick to complain about bad service there is absolutely No complaints about this place from the minute I drive my car in' until I drive out I am totally please, completely satisfied.. to all the employees that help me thank you and keep up the outstanding work !!!

This is the second car we purchased from O'Hare Hyundai. We service our current Sonata here so it was just common sense to go back. We purchase a 2012 Elantran Limited. We felt we recieve a fair and competive price and are happy with the purchase. Both Mike & Dan were professional and good to work with.

If someone wants a Great! experience buying or having a car serviced.
Look no further than O'Hare. I don't think that there is a person in that
building who knows how to mistreat someone. Especially Robbyn Veltman in service
who called to let know me he had to order a part and was trying to have them overnight it which he did. I cannot tell you what a pleasure it is to deal with such a knowledgeable and polite young guy.
