The sales guy was great. His name was Austin. Very honest very diligent. Just a nice guy. Also very helpful in showing me how the car features worked. The dealership has a lo His name was Austin. The dealership has a lot of junk fees high prep fees (895) on preowned vehicles and their processing fees are almost $1000. I realize they said these are not negotiable but they were $150 higher than Lexus of Towson, Maryland. They will lowball you on the amount they will offer for your car on trade and are not willing to drop the price of their vehicles very much to make a deal. I’m hopeful that when I need service that they will provide excellence. I’m going to give them a try. More
