I'm under extended warranty so this doesn't yet apply to me, but the rates are inflated as at any dealership. My main issue is how Toyota handles their extended warranty, but that is directly with Toyota & not this dealership. EDIT 1-6-20 While working on my car under the extended factory warranty, they tried to come up with all sorts of "diagnostic" charges. I'm a former ASE certified mechanic who worked in a dealership. I know when diagnostics are warranted. They wanted $125 to literally look at the gas gauge and compare it to the gas receipt laying on the front seat of the car. The general manager, jeremy lawrence, was EXTREMELY rude, berating, & publicly humiliated me in front of all the service writers & other service members. This is because they put something on my windshield that permanently etched the glass, ruining it. They refused to take responsibility and replace the windshield after making over $2,600 on the warranty work. He was mad that I told joe that they were "crooks" for charging blatantly false "diagnostic fees". They've been reported to the Arkansas Attorney General for fraud & theft. I just filled out a civil suit for the other matters. More

Since the pandemic hit and they have difficulty selling cars they overcharge in service. They refuse to acknowledge they ruined my car in the service department but Joe I appreciate you for making me spend cars they overcharge in service. Great Experience! It'd been 17 years since I bought a truck and it was time.  Did my research and was drawn to the Tacoma.  I absolutely despise dealerships.  I c It'd been 17 years since I bought a truck and it was time.  Did my research and was drawn to the Tacoma.  I absolutely despise dealerships.  I called 3 dealerships to ask questions about the Tacoma.  2 salesman could not answer my questions and the 3rd one didn't want to.  Then I called Orr Toyota in Searcy.  A man named Don Bratcher answered the phone and we hit it off immediately.  Don's been with Toyota for years and it absolutely showed.  He answered all of my questions and ones that I would have never thought to ask.  He was the only guy that didn't put the sales pressure on me and call me back incessantly as the others did.  I went in to see Don a few days later and bought a new Tacoma from him.  If you are looking for a new vehicle, go talk with Don Bratcher at Orr Toyota in Searcy.....you WILL NOT be dissapointed! Accidentally bought 2 cars. Came here to look into pricing of a 2017 dodge challenger. Left with it, and a 2017 Camry for my wife. My salesman Ricky Watkins was able to bring the Came here to look into pricing of a 2017 dodge challenger. Left with it, and a 2017 Camry for my wife. My salesman Ricky Watkins was able to bring the price on the Challenger down by $6500 and paid off my former ride. For the wife she was able to trade in her 2013 for the 2017 for barely any additional payment. Absolutely recommended. More
