Called ahead to relay interest in a specific vehicle. Got told I would receive a walk-around video and photos same day. Didn’t receive anything; called back 2 days later. Upon arrival, we weren’t given the attention we felt we deserved even though we had an appointment with Nelson. He took us on a 3 minute test drive then dropped us off to his FM, Gabriel. Gabriel was great; great communication, funny, and really cared. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for a few reasons. Many of the vehicles on the lot were dirty inside and out. Also there was a lack of preparedness: we had to wait over an hour for the car to be ready and one of the key fobs was missing at first. More
