I was able to coordinate a service time that met my needs via text. When I arrived they notified me that my car was due for some extra maintenance that was covered, but that they would need the car for the d via text. The sales person was all over the place and very forgetful. I’ve tried communicating with him a few times through text and calls in which he never answered. The oil change was not completed when I p forgetful. I’ve tried communicating with him a few times through text and calls in which he never answered. The oil change was not completed when I purchased the car so I had to bring it back a few days later. I also had an issue with the car it would make noise when I went over on bumps. I took it back to Honda and they said the trim was misaligned so they had to re-screw that. More
