Took my car in for 2 recalls. Explained my sensor for low tires has been going on since I bought the car two years ago and please check front passenger tire. They checked and told me slow leak and I asked go ahead and fix. Honda does not fix tires but they will sell you a tire so I went to American tire depot in brea to get fixed and they told me no leak can’t fix because they checked for 25 minutes and no leak. My car has been doing this for 2 years and so frustrating. I have been to many places to get tire fixed and they all said the same thing NO LEAK! Called the tire company and they called Honda and told Honda told them it’s a road hazard so now it’s not covered!!! So just want my tire FIXED but Honda told me they don’t fix tires!! This is so crazy. Honda is the only one that says I have a slow leak but won’t fix and I can’t get it fixed anywhere because Daniel’s tire shop and American Tire Depot say can’t fix my tire because no leak! Honda is saying happy to sell me a tire? What’s wrong here?Horrible customer service and attitudes everywhere at this Honda dealership. Ocean Honda Whittier . Also the tire company that supplies these tires are just as bad because they won’t even call the places I mention to talk to them about no leak. The tire company is Hancock tires in Tennessee . I won’t be buying another Honda again . I was so loyal to Honda I’ve bought five cars from Honda and now I’m done. I have been duped. I don’t do many surveys but had to this time to inform other customers. Sincerely, they lost my business for sure. More

Okay but could be better. Standard service nothing special, only because of the Recall I had to bring my car. I was given different answers when I asked what was fixed...1. Re Standard service nothing special, only because of the Recall I had to bring my car. I was given different answers when I asked what was fixed...1. Regreasing, 2. Gearbox fixed, 3. Gearbox changed. According to the receipt it was only fixed not changed but then if you check all dealers to schedule for the Recall appointment, they will all tell you "no parts" available. So there goes my question, are they only fixing the parts or supposed to be replacing them for safety purposes? More
