I was more than a little disappointed after having wasted my day because of this dealership's service department and having come quite a distance and having to arrange a ride out of there wasn't easy when I my day because of this dealership's service department and having come quite a distance and having to arrange a ride out of there wasn't easy when I was told it would take half a day at least (then later told they don't even carry parts and that I would need to leave it there even longer for days?) NOT OK. There was very poor communication with me and it was left up to me to call and check up on my vehicle over and over after many hours even after I called, I was told I would get a call back that didn't come until I started getting frustrated with this place. I was given a serious run around and I was told by someone else that this place is shady. I don't think I will ever go back there again as it was quite a trip and a headache. Long story short I was told my extended warranty would cover the air conditioning unit that was malfunctioning prior and then after I left my car there. I was told a different story. The old bait-and-switch. It sucked but I learned my lesson. I'm really disappointed but I will never go to another Honda service center after this. I don't even want a Honda anymore as parts start failing and they say they aren't covered. Never again. I had to really sit and think before writing this review as I wanted to be nice because the person who helped me was very friendly but the communication errors really were very bad and I can't put faith or trust in a business that operates this way. I need full transparency and not a bundle of what felt like lies or a lack of communication. More
I made an appt the prior week in person, but when I arrived for my appt, they had no record of it. My radio had stopped working and I just needed the buttons repaired so it would turn on. I left my car ad they said they world need it most of the day. They didn’t call me by late afternoon, so I called them. They told me I needed a new radio…for over $2,000! Who can afford that?!
