I was disappointed with the service. I spent $3000 to fix the condition of the vehicle dying at a stop light when in drive. It didn't fix it at all. The next day when I drove it across t I spent $3000 to fix the condition of the vehicle dying at a stop light when in drive. It didn't fix it at all. The next day when I drove it across town it died multiple times. I could have got a new alternator and pulleys for significantly less cost from my normal mechanic but since I was assured this would fix the dying issue, I spent the extra cost. I understand the alternator and pulleys needed to be replaced but it did not fix the issue I brought it in for. I also realize, I could bring it back and let your technicians look at it again, but that is why I spent more money for the expertise to isolate the problem and not to keep guessing or me spending more money on other possible solutions. Secondly, I declined buying a new battery because I knew I could get it at less cost somewhere else. I had the battery tested after your recommendation and they concluded it was still a good battery and was 100% charged. This makes me question everything that was said or done and I will question ever using your service again. More

I feel like this entire service other than the oil change should have been covered under the warranty when I brought the vehicle in in April. I even mentioned when the vehicle was there that I wasn’t asking should have been covered under the warranty when I brought the vehicle in in April. I even mentioned when the vehicle was there that I wasn’t asking for something free. I’m happy to work with the dealership, but that never seemed to be an option. It was mishandled in April and it was mishandled worse on this recent visit. More

My issue is unresolved. I spoke with John Marrs who was supposed to leave a message for Joshua Mcgurn to contact me. That did not happen. I still have received no communication after two weeks. More

I brought my truck in for an engine surging issue. They charged nearly $1500 for new spark plugs and I still have the same problem. They are now hoping my engine gives an error code to help them troubleshoot. Meanwhile I only have 4 weeks left on my engine warranty. I am very disappointed in the dealership and their service ability and skills. I have not had a response on my texts I left with them about this issue. More
