Great Service! Brian went out of his way in finding my car; he even came in on his day off! I was at another Ford dealership and was not getting good service. This other dealership they sold the car that I said I was going to buy when I got after work to someone else. My son went to Olathe Ford to talk to Brian about maybe purchasing a 2017 Ford Explorer(which he ended up buying) and told me I should talk to Brian. Brian had sold my son his first car(Ford Fiesta) when he got out of college. I remembered how nice Brian was to my son and thought I would ask him about finding me a Ford Escape. Brain was able to find the car with all of my specifications and have it at the dealership the very next day! It was a wonderful experience thanks to Brian!!! More

Previously, Josh was the person I dealt with last month when I brought the car in for its regular check (when they discovered the brake problem) -- he was most helpful in his explanation pre and post that visit, introduced the idea of the need for addressing the brakes. He was always most courteous, very informative, and accessible during both of these visits. I will return because of his good service and Olathe Ford's. More
