I now live next door to Larson puyallup jeep dealership and I drive all the way to Olympia because your dealership is far and away better and surpasses Larson. Not listening to their customer's requests Last month, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel for an routine oil change and asked the lady at the intake desk to also refill my DEF flui Last month, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel for an routine oil change and asked the lady at the intake desk to also refill my DEF fluid, and I made it clear that I was aware of the extra cost and would like to have the dealer to do it for me. After taking delivery of my car, I found the DEF level was still the same. I looked at my invoice, the charges were not reflecting refill the DEF fluid. Looks like this dealership either doesn't care about making money by providing services or it doesn't care about its customers. I am not sure which one, though. More
