There is a pothole bigger than my car in the parking lot of this dealership. Somehow it’s gets ignored despite numerous costumers complaints. This is the second time I am at this dealership and I’m ou of this dealership. Somehow it’s gets ignored despite numerous costumers complaints. This is the second time I am at this dealership and I’m outside as they drive my car over said pothole and I can clearly hear my car bottom out which undoubtedly is causing cosmetic damage at the very least. As I sit hear waiting for my service I am wondering if they are going to drive thru that same pothole once my car is done. It is ridiculous at this point! At this point I am considering taking my car to the Bridgewater dealership as it seems they care a little more than at this dealership. More
A lot went wrong with this dealer. I made an appointment to look at a CPO vehicle. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not even ready for me to see. The sales person went to get the vehicle, I made an appointment to look at a CPO vehicle. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not even ready for me to see. The sales person went to get the vehicle, which took about 10 minutes. He pulled it up and it was totally unprepared for a sale. The exterior was covered in catkins and the interior wasn’t clean either. So not a good first impression. I took a ride in the vehicle and then we sat down to see if we could work out a deal. I was prepared to purchase the vehicle. However, they totally lowballed me on my trade-in by about $4000. Then the price that I saw on CarGurus, they said it was listed on their website for $7000 more. To his credit, the sales person said that they would honor the CarGurus price, but obviously they tried to make up for it by lowballing my trade and then adding on all these “dealer fees”. They also were telling me that I had to purchase window etching and what they called the protection plan which they said was the cost of the car because it was certified preowned. What a bunch of nonsense. We ended the discussion with the sales person and telling me that he would speak to the sales manager the next day to see if there was any movement on the value of the trade and get back in touch with me. That call never came. So, overall a pretty poor experience at this dealership and I did not purchase a vehicle from them. I ended up purchasing the exact same car, brand new for less than what they were going to charge me for their CPO. This entire experience was the epitome of why car dealers get a bad rap. More

I gave this dealer too many chances before I write a review, price they advertise for will increase by about 3k for dealer charges, so be aware of scam. If I am going to buy a luxury car I expect a luxu review, price they advertise for will increase by about 3k for dealer charges, so be aware of scam. If I am going to buy a luxury car I expect a luxury communication, which defiantly not in this place, save yourself the hassle and go to different Acura dealer. The sales person refused to provide the car fax for the car, and kept coming up with lie one after the other. More
The visit to this dealer started quite badly, but the dealership managed to pull the deal together pleasantly. As my wife and I entered the dealership we were met by someone that ended up being a young dealership managed to pull the deal together pleasantly. As my wife and I entered the dealership we were met by someone that ended up being a young sales associate. We advised him that we were at the dealership to see one of two salespeople that had been recommended to us. The salesperson at the door assured us that we had to deal with him first before we could talk to the either of the salesperson that we had planned to work with. He also immediately tried to get us into a car that was far above our budget or desire. As he was getting plates and keys, I went to the sales manager to inquire if he was telling the truth that we had to deal with him prior to dealing with the salesperson who we had come to see. The sales manager told us absolutely not. When the original sales person came back, he argued with me and the sales manager, denied that he had claimed that we had to deal with him before dealing with the sales people we had come to work raising his voice in the process. The sales manager told him to go sit down and got us to the sales person we had come to work with. We were able to work to an acceptable deal with Amr on the car that we wanted without dealing with any drama. In fact, it was a pleasant an experience as we could imagine. No aggressive attempts to upsell us or add anything silly into the deal. After the deal was struck Amr kept the rest of the process moving with great deftness, knowledge and service. Just prior to walking out the sales manage Rich gave us some accessories for the car as a way to apologize for our rough start at the dealer. Rating would have been a 5 if it was not for the initial sales person. It would have been a 0 based on the initial contact with the aggressive salesperson. More

I previously came here in 2008 for a vehicle they failed to close a sale. Oh but now its not even getting better. They hand me a Offer for a TSX 2023...? for 917$ without even running my credit. Unless to close a sale. Oh but now its not even getting better. They hand me a Offer for a TSX 2023...? for 917$ without even running my credit. Unless your on heavy prescription medication nobody will sign for a 900$ Car payment PER MONTH. Now the vehicle I was interested in was 520$ a month which was a 2020 ILX, seems they can "Bake" in dealer labor costs at the total of 1899$ additionally on top of 23k asking. which brought up the costs a lot. Ill admit im willing to put down around 1k$ possibly more but even when one of the sales managers came out after noting what price Id like to be close to. They pull out a 8 year old vehicle, not my color of choice, nor interior for 217$ a month. which again they will bake in random costs. More
