Jess was an excellent salesperson! Not high pressure, informative, easy to work with, easy to communicate with and very accommodating! You can see why she has been there for so long. Working with Marco Pelaez was an absolute pleasure! He was incredibly helpful throughout the process—guiding us through the negotiation, ensuring a smooth experience, and helping us land a fair deal that felt like a win-win. Marco, his manager Jean Brea and their Finance Manager Elvis De Leon were very helpful, patient and can't thank them enough. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly I had a great pricing and got us a fantastic deal! We truly appreciate the experience and would definitely recommend Open Road Acura of Wayne dealership—and especially Marco —to anyone looking to buy a car More

I put a deposit down on a monday, asked for it got be ready wednesday evening, and asked for a callback with the out the door price as I was driving 100 miles to get there. The car had visible scratches that were buffed out after I asked. The next day I realized there was no lug nut key for the wheel locks so I called and they said they would send them. 3 weeks later, after multiple calls to follow-up, I had to keep following up them to make sure they were coming as I have two young children and would rather change a tire then wait for road side assistance. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor by sending them for free but realistically it should have been caught in the inspection. 6 weeks after purchase the car starts making a popping noise under the drivers pedal. My local acura said the rotors and brakes had a lot of rust and needed to be replaced and advised me to call where I bought the car vs them do it since it should be corrected. Jean (the general manager at Open Road) told me to bring the car back the 200 miles round trip or go 120 miles the other open road in NJ since “my local dealership was upselling as they all do and he also told me rust happens”. I am taking it elsewhere and eatting the cost. They couldn’t confirm the work would be covered unless they looked at it to eval but I wouldn’t know until I took the 5 hour round trip. Everything could have been smoother with accurate communication and follow through. This was the worst car buying experience out side of the finance people they were awesome. With this dealership save yourself the headache of not great customer service and be aware that the certified preowned inspection is questionable since I had two preventable safety issues all prior to having the first payment due.
