My Review of Open Road BMW:
This is the 2nd car I have owned that I bought at Open Road BMW. This dealership is a class operation from sales to service. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and all the sales and servie people I have dealt with since July of 2006 are highly trained and knowledgeable. My 2 BMWs have always been kept in the best condition. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I enjoy my BMW every time I look at it and every time I start the motor and drive it. It truly is the ultimate driving machine.

I have owned 4 Mercedes and this is my 3rd BMW. By far the best purchasing experience i have had. Was leaving for a trip and wanted to tae delivery of the car the same day. everyone bent over backwards to make it happen. Definately go see them if you are considering a BMW!!!

We had a great experience today at open road bmw, edison nj. Enis Totaj was courteous,friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He listened to what we were saying and tried to accomodaate our needs. He made the process of buying a vehicle painless. He met all of our expectation. All the staff we encountered today were a pleasure to be around. The men who detailed the car did a beautiful job. It looked fantastic. A big thank you to everyone at open road bmw, edison.

NItin was one of the greatest salesmen we ever dealt with. HE was patient and very professional for the whole two hours we were at the dealership. He was able to get us the price we were looking to spent and because of that we made the offer right there and then. I would recommend him to all our friends who will be purchasing any future bmw's.

The salesperson took extended time to help us find just the right car with the options we were looking for. He went out of his way to get us the greatest possible deal we were looking for. He was very pleasant and professional in his work.

My Review of Open Road BMW:
The first day we dealt with Jamal and he was friendly. He helped us pick out the car that we wanted and also showed us different types of options we can go with when you lease a car. Showed us different monthly prices when you add different amount of down payment. He had good knowledge about the car he was selling. He explained everything to us about leasing a BMW. The second time we dealt with John Byrnes and he said our car will be here in a few days because they didn't have the car we wanted in the showroom. Showed us another one we could go with but we were stuck on our choice. We think it is pretty quick that they will have the car in 4 days and our overall experience with them was great.

My Review of Open Road BMW:
If you leave your car here to get serviced and you take out a loaner I can almost guarantee you that the service advisor will call you back later saying they discovered something through their "complimentary thorough check of the whole vehicle" and suggest additional (often costly) repairs. I've been coming here for 4 years now and this always happens. This is how their service advisors make their money. On charging you for additional unnecessary repairs. In this latest incident, when I declined the extra service you could clearly tell the advisor was upset (obviously from the missed sale).

These people are experts at finding ways to charge you for all kinds of bullsh*t, so just be wary of that. I moved an hour away 2 years ago but still went to them cause that's where I bought my car and I've been going to them for 4 years now. A recent incident in which I was clearly ripped off is finally the last straw ($135 for turning the key in my trunk so it's out of valet mode? REALLY?!!). I will not be going back to get my car serviced here. If I was going to get ripped off anyway, I'd much rather go to a dealership much closer to my new home instead.

If you go here, be extremely skeptical of any extra repairs suggested to you. I overheard the service advisors on the phone with customers and every call sounds like the same bullsh*t spiel trying to sell people on repairs they had no clue about going in.

My Review of Open Road BMW:
When I came in to the dealership, the receptionist did not even bother asking me if I needed help. I had to ask her to get someone for me and she didn't look very enthusiastic about her job. She got me sales and he was helpful and let me test drive the 128i. As soon as he thought though that he wasn't going to make a quick sale, he handed me a brochure and told me to look at it and when I'm ready, to give him a call. WOW, that was cold!!

After a few weeks after I came back from vacation, I decided that I wanted to get a 328i convertible instead of a 128i. I e-mailed him to get pricing and was not happy with the number he gave me. I gave him a chance since he's the first one I spoke to re: purchasing a car. I felt that he was not that interested in selling me one so I went out and found a dealership that actually wants my business.
