A Home Run I completed a loan application and was contacted the very same day by Brandon. I spoke to him about my difficulties in getting any kind of financing, I completed a loan application and was contacted the very same day by Brandon. I spoke to him about my difficulties in getting any kind of financing, even from the so called "Everyone Is Approved" dealerships. Brandon called me back 2 days later and asked me to come in. When I arrived he introduced me to Steve who showed me around the lot. There was a very nice Chrysler 300 that I was interested in and within an hour or so, Steve and Gary secured a loan for me. These guys did what at least 10 other dealerships could not do for me, not only get me financed but also got me into a car that I really wanted to own. Thank you! More

The finance guy I worked with understood that this decision was one of the most important considering I had just graduated from college. He went back and forth giving me advice as if he was a dad and then went back to sales. I won't buy from someone if I am not treated with honesty and respect. While helping my son look for a vehicle, I stumbled upon a listing for the model my son was most interested in. I called and spoke to Jake and took the ride to see it. As it turned out, the vehicle was not a good fit for our needs but Jake suggested we take a look at a different vehicle on the lot that hadn't been on our radar. It was a much better fit for our needs and the pricing was excellent. While discussing the vehicle and negotiating the price, Jake, along with Dennis the sales manager, were upfront and open so there were no surprises. While I have multiple mega-dealerships close to my home, I was happy to take the 40 mile drive to purchase the vehicle from Orange Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and will be in contact when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.
