Not sure how a salesman can lie about features being in the car and when they deliver the car to your house and it doesnt have those features the deal is set. Yea this happened to me. They told me the car had specific features I asked for and then delivered the wrong car. I called within 10 minutes and they said the car has already been funded sorry we can't do anything about it. By the way I was a returning customer that already had a jeep from them so much for trying to be loyal and them taking care of a repeat customer. They also told me they would waive some fees for being a return customer like disposition fee and being over on mileage and I still got a bill for those items. Complete liars and scam artists.
