I had a very disappointing experience at Orange Coast Jeep from start to finish. General Manager Larry Smith and General Sales Manager John Barrett have no supervision of the Sales Staff. Sales staff on Jeep from start to finish. General Manager Larry Smith and General Sales Manager John Barrett have no supervision of the Sales Staff. Sales staff only focused on selling lemons. I had a rip in the seat of my car and the dealership has taken no accountability. After the purchase, follow-up support was difficult to obtain, and concerns I raised were not handled with the level of professionalism I expected. Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer, and I would encourage going to another dealership. More
I am beyond disgusted with the customer service at this place. Just bought a truck here that has some issues. Called numerous times no response, so decided to go down there to get some things taken care of place. Just bought a truck here that has some issues. At this point, I will be looking for legal representation to get everything taken care of because I feel that they purposely sell messed up used cars and don't care anything about the customer. More

Not sure how a salesman can lie about features being in the car and when they deliver the car to your house and it doesnt have those features the deal is set. Yea this happened to me. They told me the car had specific features I asked for and then delivered the wrong car. I called within 10 minutes and they said the car has already been funded sorry we can't do anything about it. By the way I was a returning customer that already had a jeep from them so much for trying to be loyal and them taking care of a repeat customer. They also told me they would waive some fees for being a return customer like disposition fee and being over on mileage and I still got a bill for those items. Complete liars and scam artists. I received one key instead of two keys after I signed the contract. They never mentioned only one key available in the sales process. When I asked a spare key, they told me that you signed the paper.
