Our overall experience was exceptionally smooth. Ani made us feel at ease with his no-pressure approach, and was eager to achieve for us the price and deal we required. Charlie in the Finance Departmen made us feel at ease with his no-pressure approach, and was eager to achieve for us the price and deal we required. My back passenger side window fell down in the door of my 2003 Jeep Liberty. I waited between 10-15 minutes until I was acknowledged. It was a very busy day in there. Once I got to Doug all was well. He told me he was going to ask his manager if the work could be covered by warranty so I wasn't charged and it was taken care of. My only complaint is that the service receipt I received when I dropped the Jeep off said it would be ready by 5pm. It wasn't ready until 10am the following morning. It wasn't a big deal but when you expect something at a specific time you expect it to be ready. Had the receipt said 10am the following day I wouldn't have had an issue. Overall, I was happy with Doug and the service and will go back to this particular dealership. More

The service coordinators were very friendly and the mechanics found the trouble in a reasonable length of time. They all should be commended for their good service. I feel that the service coordinators and mechanics try to convey the necessary work that needs to be done and do not push services that are not absolutely necessary. I appreciate this because at some dealerships they try to run up the customer's bill. I appreciate that I have always been able to trust that the repairs provided indeed fix the problem. More

my check engine light came on in my 04 rubicon. Since I had recently purchased a new jeep at this dealership but not the jeep that had the problem, i thought i'd give it a try. i called the service depart had recently purchased a new jeep at this dealership but not the jeep that had the problem, i thought i'd give it a try. i called the service department and they had me come in right away. And within 15-30 minutes had diagnosed the problem to a faulty TPS sensor. replaced and out the door in little over an hour. I know not all service related problems are handled in this manner, but excellent response and performance in this case!!! Many thanks Doug!! More
