brought vehicle in for oil change and check brakes because of vibration while applying brakes. If brakes were good then rotate tires. Had a 8am appointment. After 3 hours vehicle was returned with oil because of vibration while applying brakes. If brakes were good then rotate tires. Had a 8am appointment. After 3 hours vehicle was returned with oil change and tire rotation and a $90 fee to diagnose. I was never told of the fee up front and didn't realize checking brakes was a diagnostic procedure. I assumed after a 3 hour wait that they had replaced my rear brakes . No just oil change and tire rotation and diagnose brakes More
