Was pitched 4 brake changes and estimated 4-5 hours of service. 6 hours later my car was ready with only 2 brakes changed, because of issues accessing the rear brakes. No call from the dealer to discuss t service. 6 hours later my car was ready with only 2 brakes changed, because of issues accessing the rear brakes. No call from the dealer to discuss the change in scope of service, which I would not have agreed to. Now I have to drive 2 hours to have the rear brakes changed, so an additional day of my life gone. When I got in the car to leave, there were 3 moderately sized grease smudges on the front seat. Thankfully somebody at the shop was available to clean them. As I walked through the service department to leave, one of the employees was eyeing me like an angry bouncer. Truly awful experience. More

I was not greeted or treated kindly. No one offered me a ride or a courtesy vehicle during my wait. Parker Lexus always offers that, plus coffee and freshly baked cookies. The service desk man was cold and indifferent to me. I was told, “Make yourself at home.” That was it. I was scolded for parking in the lot instead of bringing my car to the bay — no one told me where to leave the car when I scheduled the appointment and I’ve never had any service work done at Orr Cadillac, how should I know where to put my car? No one explained the repair or what was being done to my car (it was a recall). All in all I was made to feel like a nuisance. When took my previous vehicle to Parker, they always made me feel like they were so glad to see me. I will be taking my business back to Parker with my next vehicle purchase. It’s farther away from home, but the superior customer service is worth it. More

Bought a car in March, mentioned a slip on the transmission during the test drive. We were told they would check it out and make sure it was good, it needs a new transmission now, quoted $8,000 fo transmission during the test drive. We were told they would check it out and make sure it was good, it needs a new transmission now, quoted $8,000 for the transmission on a vehicle purchased for $13,000. This needs to be fixed Ralph the service manager is amazing. Service center has been great besides never receiving a car detail during our oil changes which was told was part of the oil change service when purchasing a car through them. More
I will never understand how a dealership that sells HD 3500 trucks can not balance the tires. Also they want to charge over 100 dollors to rotate the tires this is absolute highway robberery. If the manufacture would put propper dually valves on the tires the mounting wouldn't be neccesary and if they did dismount them they wouldn't be able to balance them anyway. I guess I'll start looking elsewhere for services. More
