Bait & Switch Tactics! We had a service appointment here and left to go look at other used cars while they worked on repairing our car. Came back and were told a bunch of parts had to be replaced and that they could fix it for an astronomical amount of money. After calling around, we decided to get a newer car. The sales manager and finance guy were a joke and rushed us through the whole process. They promised 60-day tags, free service, and warranty work. None of that materialized after the sale. I do not trust the sales and service at this dealership to work on our car. More

After notifying my service advisor the phone has gone silent with no attempt to correct. Stay clear of the service department. Poor work quality and they do not stand behind their mistakes. More

Very poor service- they do not perform required Recalls Very poor service- I must check the oil myself after leaving shop each time- it is always incorrect- either a quart too low- or a quart too high- I ev Very poor service- I must check the oil myself after leaving shop each time- it is always incorrect- either a quart too low- or a quart too high- I even had Nissan create a case number to give to them to show what the proper amount of oil needed to be ( 4 7/8 quarts with filter 4.5 without ). I must always check their work- as they do not perform requested tasks- example- fasteners used to keep wheel well cover in place- I asked for up to eight be replace as one cover was loose- I checked others to find fasteners missing- they did not replace- they do not perform required service bulletins put out by Nissan- this has caused expensive repairs on my part- if not for internet-I would not know about these recalls- they are available to view on Nissan website. They also are not fully truthful- they stated out of 200 people I was the only unhappy one? that is a 99.5% satisfaction rate (statistically impossible)- Consumer dealer ratings give them 75%- They have very high turnover in the facility as a whole- no one from service is left from when I first purchased the car-none left from even one year ago- same with sales- no familiar faces- I wish I could find another Nissan Dealership locally. I took my vehicle to them for service to keep it new- as they would be up to date on latest service bulletins- I feel like a total schmuck for doing so- especially as I sit here and look at my 3 inch thick service record history- I had every recommended service performed on vehicle- every single one. The least they could have done was to check for the service bulletins when vehicle was in shop- I even drop off so that they are not rushed- tell them to take time. More

Well he insisted I needed to pay for the diagnosis. I did but was still unhappy. A year later on a family trip we noticed the same issue. This time we took it in and sure enough it need a new transmission and axel rod. I was treated beyond great this time around. More

Upgraded Service Department I have been a Nissan customer for years. Davis-Moore never "impressed" me and the service department was hit or miss. Upon my arrival I was greeted by new faces and, better yet, a female. While the previous employees were cordial, I felt like they talked down to me because I am a woman. Ashley took great care of me and went above and beyond anything I have experienced at a car dealership, including getting her boss to ride with me and explain what was going on with my car. Adam used layman's terms and made sure all of my questions were answered and dropped me off at work. I am 'impressed" with the "new" service department. More

Mike the service manager is a very good person to deal with but he is too good for this dealership. Have had the car in multiple times and only 1 problem has been resolved. I think the "techs"(term used loosely)... may not have been awake when they were trained...simple issues are still not fixed. Gaylon is a service advisor that cannot relay correct info to customers or make call backs on time. Take the drive to Conklin in Hutch to get it fixed right the first time! More
