Despite having everything required, the parts manager (not Dan) refused to help me. Frustrated, I drove to Virginia the same day, asked the parts specialist there the exact same thing, and was given my key code without a problem. In the end, I’d rather drive 30 miles or more to another Chevy dealership than return to Ourisman Chevrolet. Terrible service. More
