Sneaky sales tactics, lied to over things. Did not deliver what they promised. Definitely won't go back. Did not deliver what they promised. Definitely won't go back. More
On February 16, 2026, this dealer listed a 2019 BMW 440i Grand Coupe with VIN Number (WBA4J7C52KBM75619) for sale at $39,000. On February 26, 2026, they lowered the price to $29,500. I contacted the dealer Grand Coupe with VIN Number (WBA4J7C52KBM75619) for sale at $39,000. On February 26, 2026, they lowered the price to $29,500. I contacted the dealer and the internet sales director emailed an iPacket for the vehicle showing this exact advertised price reduction of $29,500, and other third-party websites such as Cargurus, and CarFax showed this price and advertising history. That same day, I went to the dealership to purchase the car, provided personal and financial information, test drove the vehicle and after the dealership pulled my credit and saw that I had a Tier 1 credit score above 800, Colin Johnson tried to switch me into another vehicle, a 2026 Genesis valued at $55,000. I declined that vehicle and explicitly stated that I came to buy the BMW, not a Genesis. Shortly after Colin deliberately modified the advertised price on the BMW from the advertised price of $29,500 to $39,000, despite I had just submitted a credit application for that vehicle. When I questioned the price change, the sales person took a screenshot of the advertised price of $29,500 and took it to Colin and told me he would call me later. Never heard back but the vehicle was removed from their website almost immediately after I left. This was a classic switch and bait scheme, and a deception to obtain personal, financial and credit information under false pretense. More
I recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe from Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie, and the experience exceeded expectations in every way. Prior to my visit, I communicated with Zachry Potts, who took the Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie, and the experience exceeded expectations in every way. Prior to my visit, I communicated with Zachry Potts, who took the time to understand exactly which vehicle I was interested in. Upon arrival, the vehicle was already prepared and waiting, which demonstrated a high level of organization, professionalism, and respect for my time. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and patient throughout the entire process. He answered all questions thoroughly, provided clear explanations, and never applied pressure. His approach made the experience comfortable and efficient, which is not always easy to find in car sales. The finance portion of the transaction was handled by Ms. Collins, who was equally impressive. She clearly explained all paperwork and options, ensured there were no surprises, and made the process smooth and stress-free. From sales to finance, the team at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie delivered outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership, Zachry Potts, and Ms. Collins to anyone considering a Hyundai purchase. This experience truly deserves a 10-star rating. More
Took my car in for repairs- they said it would take 2-3 days. We asked for a rental to which they declined. Day 3 we call, no car. Over a week later they offer a rental to which we already had to go somewh days. We asked for a rental to which they declined. Day 3 we call, no car. Over a week later they offer a rental to which we already had to go somewhere else. Finally get the car back, bill over 4k. Understand with work- the issue is within couple days being home car was leaking oil (did not go in with an external oil leak so this was new). Took it in to get it 'fixed' and noone came out to my car in the garage even though a sign there says "wait in car." Wemt inside myself then and some boy working there and all other staff had pizza sitting up on their desks and just stared at me saying nothing nor guiding me where or who to go to for help. They 'fixed' my car again. Yet again in a couple days I saw more oil leaking on floor (I put new cardboard down to check). Called and spoke with manager to address concerns and how the issue still wasn't addressed. They come pick up my car this time, manager said he would have his head mechanic take a look. Well, again at home it was leaking again... this was it, I will never be taking my car or any thereafter to this location. Clearly Noone knows what to do, how to actually fix a car, or how to perform customer service. I try to avoid negative reviews but want to warn all do not go to this location and trust your vehicle with them! More
Dealership doesn't honor their contract with NFCU's car buying program. Dealt with their sales rep, Emmanuel; internet sales manager, Sierra, Sales manager, Zeth; another manager, Hotty, and reached out to buying program. Dealt with their sales rep, Emmanuel; internet sales manager, Sierra, Sales manager, Zeth; another manager, Hotty, and reached out to their GM, Ali. If you're trying to utilize the price given on NFCU's car buying service, DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible customer service, terrible management. NFCU is escalating this, potentially pulling their contract due to breach. More
I was persuaded to place a deposit on a card sight-unseen. When I test drove the car, it was displaying a check-engine light. Getting my deposit back became an unpleasant game of trying to defea sight-unseen. When I test drove the car, it was displaying a check-engine light. Getting my deposit back became an unpleasant game of trying to defeat the phone tree to get through to anyone who would help. After perhaps 15 calls over a period of 2 weeks, I finally found a salesperson who helped me get the money back. The experience made me thankful that I didn't actually buy a car there. More
The service department has gone to xxxx in a hand basket. Since this place was remodeled, it appears that all of the service personnel are new. This was the 2nd time I tried to use the service department sin Since this place was remodeled, it appears that all of the service personnel are new. This was the 2nd time I tried to use the service department since the renovations. They can never find my information, although I purchased my car there. This last, and I mean LAST TIME, I gave them a specific problem to look for, and requested they drive the vehicle to assess the issue. It was apparent after retrieving my car that they could not have driven it. The noise was still very noticeable. Upon returning this morning to speak to the manager, he was dismissive and gave an excuse that it's hard to assess a "noise" without out the owner present. I was never contacted to do a ride along, which would have not been an issue to accomodate. I requested a ride along, and was granted one. Within 150 feet of the dealership the team lead technician immediately said it's your bearing. He also made mention that the car could have not been driven, because the most junior technician would have determined the issue was with the bearing. The Service Manager Chester would never acknowledge that he nor a technician drove the car. He was non-chalant and I appeared to be bothering him, because as he stated, "he was just getting in and wasn't ready to deal with me yet". While there, there was another customer with a huge issue. Choose somewhere else for your service if you can! More
I took my 2017 Hyundai Tucson for a hesitation problem. I agreed to have the spark plugs replaced and next thing I know it became a catalytic converter (which my warranty did not cover). Then I was told it I agreed to have the spark plugs replaced and next thing I know it became a catalytic converter (which my warranty did not cover). Then I was told it was entire exhaust system and the cost went from $200 for spark plugs to over $5000 for an exhaust system. Due to the wording used sent to my warranty company, the warranty did not cover this repair. (the wording used simple said was a catalytic converter, not an exhaust system) The icing on the cake was the fact, Ourisman did not give me a chance to call my warranty company before repair was started to see if they would cover the exhaust system. I later found out the warranty company would have been covered. I am disappointed with the service department. I have been going to this dealership service department since 2021 and this is the first time I had issues. More
