We had an appointment with a salesman at this dealership. When we arrived he was busy with another customer. While waiting we looked around the lot for about an hour before we were able to talk to another salesman. During that time we did find a car we liked and it was just a matter of making a deal. While negotiating the deal it was the typical back and forth with the salesman and his manager. We agreed on price and financing but then it took a very long time to get in to see the finance officer and do the paperwork. I don't know if the customer before us was having finance issues. Closing the deal could have been more timely since for us it was basically sign and drive after agreeing on price.

My car was 18 years old. When it needed major repairs, it was time to get another car. I was considering getting a used car, but the quality and price of the 200 made me choose a new car. I am very happy with the car and very grateful for the help Jason Kerr gave me in making the decision.

I had a very positive experience and Craig Marrapodi was an excellent salesperson. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He really listened to what I really wanted and I feel like he worked very hard to make sure I got the best deal. Am loving my new Jeep.

I would not rate Dina Marshalek that high. Although she seemed to be very knowledgeable, she came across as being condescending and was really not willing to listen. I felt like she talked down to both myself and my son.

I went into Ourisman's Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge not expecting to be leaving with a brand new vehicle. Not only did I leave with a brand new vehicle I left with a great experience.

Sherwin went above and beyond with me to purchase the car I wanted. One thing I really liked is that Sherwin was always honest with which is rare to find when dealing with dealerships. When I showed up the the car I wanted was already in front of the dealership and the first thing we did was test drive without me having to ask which was a big plus. Overall I was impressed with the expericence the dealership defintely work with me to get the price I wanted. Defintely would recommend this dealership especially if everybody is ethuastic like Sherwin! Thanks again and I'm loving the Challenger.

My boyfriend purchased his 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from another dealership, one closest to his home for the convenience of oil changes and regular maintenance. However, we ran into some issues while installing his new soft top on a Sunday and found that the only dealership open was Ourisman's Jeep Dodge Chrysler in Clarksville. So we stopped in seeking some advice. We arrived before they'd even opened yet (11:45) but that did not stop John Delio from helping us out. We explained the issue we were having and without hesitation, he jumped right in and worked with us to get the issue resolved. He then offered us coffee while he checked on an answer to another question we had; and all the while knowing that we had purchased the Jeep from a competing dealership. John treated us just as well as I'm sure he would've treated one of his own personal clients, I would highly recommend seeking John out if you're shopping for a vehicle in the Clarksville or surrounding area! In fact, I'd suggest making the trip if you're OUTSIDE the area!

Customer service was great. Greg was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. Ourisman's Dina and Juan was very accommodating with the financing part of pruchasing the 2013 Dodge Charger SXT Plus.

Car shopping can be a hassle and Ourisman employees were quite professional and friendly which I found helpful. I came in on 4/29/13 to get an idea of pricing and deciding which Jeep i wanted to purchase. After doing my "homework" and visiting other Jeep dealers I decided IF Ourisman could meet the price of the other dealers I would purchase the car from them. And they met the price.
Also Jim set up my phone system w/out me asking which I felt was thoughtful.
