Everyone at Overturf was very friendly and Frank was a very helpful, no-pressure sales guy. While we were there they sold two other cars so things got a bit backed up and it took us a little longer than u very helpful, no-pressure sales guy. While we were there they sold two other cars so things got a bit backed up and it took us a little longer than usual but there was a comfortable place to wait and we had a chance to get to know some of the other employees which will make it much easier when we need to come back for our service appointments. Juan was a great guy, helpful and knew what he was talking about. The only thing I now regret is being talked into buying the extended warranty of 36k miles/36months for an extra $4k.
